The Journey
Mrs. Nehal Bhandari, the Founder of Chrisalda has used her 20 years of experience as a teacher in India and the USA to compile an engaging curriculum to enhance early childhood development.
She started her teaching career at the age of 16 with Gymbaroo, a toddler club. After a short stint at Kangaroo kids, Indore, she joined The Daly College, Indore as the founder pre-primary teacher for the school. A 5-year enriching experience ensued! At this juncture, she decided to gain more insight into the education system of countries outside her homeland. In this pursuit, she took up a course in Diploma in school administration and leadership management, from Oregon State University, USA. Having equipped herself with this degree, she went ahead to put the theory into practice across six different schools across the USA.
With the wide and diverse experience gained through the years, Nehal founded Chrisalida in the year 2009 where learning is not only fun but an enriching experience. To learn beyond the classroom!
What Nehal enjoys the most is spending time with her children at Chrisalida sessions which happen once a week for each batch. Apart from her regular class, she devotes a lot of time in educational research.
